Timothy Deryl Williamson
Timothy Deryl Williamson was born on January 31, 1972, in El Reno, Oklahoma, to Deryl Hardy Williamson and Carolyn Sue Funck Williamson. Tim passed away on September 26, 2026, in Yukon, Oklahoma, at the age of 54. Tim grew up in Yukon, Oklahoma and the family moved to Geary during Tim’s junior year, where he lived most of his life. He graduated from Geary High School and later attended several semesters at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford. Tim married Missy Monroe, and together they had their son, Cory. Tim had a lifelong love of wrestling and shared that passion as a Peewee wrestling coach. He especially enjoyed coaching his son, Cory. After Cory was born, he became the center of Tim’s life. Tim loved spending time with his son and making memories together. One of their favorite things to do was fish, and Tim would sometimes even check Cory out of school so the two of them could spend a weekday fishing together. Tim worked for approximately 10 years at Firestone as a tire builder. He also had a great love for rock music and enjoyed sharing his interests with those around him. Tim will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his son, Cory Williamson and his wife, Erin Rae, of Elk City, Oklahoma; his parents, Deryl and Carolyn Williamson of Geary, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Ridlee Rae Williamson and Jordy Hutch Williamson; his brother, Jeremy Williamson of Geary, Oklahoma; his nieces and nephew, Blake Williamson, Tori Williamson, and Sami Williamson; his grandnephew, Shane Williamson; as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral services for Tim will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at First Christian Church in Geary, Oklahoma, with Jimmy Ray Mead officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Geary, Oklahoma.
