Tate was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Rex and Johnnie Ford, and Craig Futrell

The family will have services at Oasis Church, Sunday, 4:00 PM, October 13, 2024, Watonga, OK

Burial:  Oakwood Memorial Cemetery, Oakwood, OK
