Ronald Wayne Wylie

Ronald (Ronnie) Wayne Wylie was born on April 12, 1946 in Durant, OK to Ray Andrew and Viola Alice (Harper) Wylie. He passed away on October 15, 2024 at his home in Binger, OK at the age of 78. Ronnie grew up in Binger and played baseball and basketball while he attended Binger High School. He married Linda Rains on December 5, 1988 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was a firefighter and EMT for Will Rogers International Airport. He liked to go fishing and loved to watch sports of any kind. His great passion for buying and selling things had him going to auctions, garage sales, and flea markets. Ronnie loved his family and loved spending time with his wife, his children and his grandchildren. He will be missed by all those who loved him.

Survivors Include: his wife, Linda Wylie of Binger, OK, his children, Jodi Archer ( Justin Barringer) of Hinton, OK, and Eric (Jacy) Wylie of Tuttle, OK, his grandchildren, Melissa (Caleb) Pittenger of OKC,OK, Kaleb Archer of Hinton, OK, Jagger Wylie of Tuttle, OK, and Jovi Wylie of Tuttle, OK, his siblings, Helen Leake of Haysville, KS, Charles (Karen) Wylie of Nocona, TX, Vernie (Bo) Wylie of Chickasha, OK, and Randy (Kim) Wylie of League City, TX, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Viola Wylie, his granddaughter, Tristen Barger, his siblings, Billy Wylie, Verniece Marsh, and Patricia Ann Reeves, his nephews, Eddie Howe and Mark Allen Leake.
