Rita Kay (Wiles) Cotton

Rita Kay Wiles Cotton was born on September 19, 1960 in Borger, TX to Alfred J. and Oneta Claudette (Watkins) Wiles. Rita passed away on October 28, 2023 in El Reno, OK at the age of 63. Rita attended school in Borger, TX lived a short time in Fritch, TX before moving to Hinton, OK where she finished school. Rita worked at various places in the surrounding area over the years: Maple Lawn Manor nursing home in Hydro, as assistant manager for Dollar General Store, and as a sales associate for ASAP Energy in Hinton. Rita loved riding her Harley and hated shooting pool. She attended Mt. Zion Pentecostal Holiness Church in Hinton.

Rita is survived by her husband, Randy Cotton of Hinton, OK, her children, Christal Eddins and husband Calvin of Borger, TX, Aleta Morelock of Hinton, OK, Michael Cotton and wife Kasahra of Wichita, KS, Alesa Harrelson and husband Michael of Weatherford, OK, Zachariah Cotton and wife Shawn of Oak Grove, AR, Randy Cotton of Hinton, OK, her father, Alfred Wiles of Hinton, OK, 38 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 1 on the way, her siblings, Valetta Jones and husband Kenneth of Fritch, TX, Janella Ferguson of Hinton, OK, Christy Northrup of Borger, TX, and Corrina Northrup of Borger, TX, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rita was preceded in death by her mother, Claudette Northrup, her son, Alvin Wiles, and her brother, Richard Wiles.
