Rickey Ann Henderson was born October 6, 1954 to Robert and Esther (Johnson) Jennings in El Reno, OK. She passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at the Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon, OK at the age of 69. Rickey graduated from El Reno High School. She and Glen Henderson have been married for 41 years. They lived in Minco and Tuttle before moving to Hinton. Rickey worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant for Red Rock Manor and Binger Nursing Homes, as well as several other nursing homes in the area and at the El Reno Hospital. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, reading books, cooking, black and white movies, watching ghost adventures and true crime, and loved all kinds of animals. She had been attending The Lost Cowboy Church in Gracemont with her daughter Jennifer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Esther Jennings and her grandparents.
Rickey is survived by her husband Glen Henderson of the home, Hinton; four children, Regina Chambers of Oklahoma City, Joe Chambers and wife Bobbi of Binger, Jennifer Bruecks and husband Randy of Hinton, and Terrie Thomas and husband Justin of Sallisaw, OK; twelve grandchildren, Christian, Zack, Gabby, Hailey, Skylar, Asher, Lilah, Alex, Blake, Braydon, Nevaeh, and Gunner; three great grandchildren; siblings, Gary Jennings of El Reno, Mike Jennings of Texas, and Sheila Glasgow of Houston, TX; adopted children, Jenny Spaulding and Misty Berg; and many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home, Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Celebration of Life will be at Jennifer Bruecks Residence, 209 S. Clark, Hinton, OK Saturday, 12:00 pm, April 20, 2024 services entrusted to Turner Funeral Home, Hinton, Oklahoma.
