Priscella Elaine Shepherd of Watonga, OK was 80 years old when she passed away Monday, August 30, 2021, in Oklahoma City, OK. Priscella graduated from Granite High School. She served in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman. She fostered 48 children over the years. She worked as the Post Master in Watonga and retired from there in the early 2000’s. Priscella was generous and compassionate, these qualities and traits are evident in the children she raised.

Priscella was preceded in death by her parents George and Helen Williams of Ok, 2 sisters, Ruth Britt and Rena Gwinn, and brother, Eddie Williams.

She is survived by 3 children, Eric Shepherd and wife Angela of MO, Mary Seever and husband Mike of OK, and Kathy Shepherd of Dallas, TX, . 9 grandchildren, Robert, Jesse, Allison, Alisha, Skye, Amber,Cody, Tyler, and Blake also,6 great-grandchildren and sister, Judy Sixkiller of MT.
