Penney Lynn Klein was born on January 24, 1956 in Hinton, OK to Keneth and Ermadell (Bailey) Haines. Penney passed away on July 5, 2023 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 67. Penney graduated from Hinton High School in 1974. She attended Ft. Cobb Vo-Tech in cosmetology. She married Charles Bryant of Hinton, and they had one daughter Karen Bryant Wheeler. She later married Michael Klein of New York and they had one daughter, Rebecca Klein Thompson. She had been struggling with ongoing health issues that had her in either the hospital or nursing care for the past few months but also, she had been dealing with it for over a decade now. Not much is known except that it seems she passed peacefully in her sleep. We are all very sad and we will miss her boisterous, fiery, hilarious, and sometimes ornery nature.

Survivors Include: her daughters, Karen Wheeler and husband Jeremy Sr. of Edmond, OK, and Rebecca Thompson and husband Will of Huntsville, AL, her grandchildren, Zane Spicer of Hensley, AR, Aidan Wheeler of Edmond, OK, Gemma Wheeler of Edmond, OK, Dakota Wheeler of Edmond, OK, Keldon Wheeler of Chickasha, OK, Jeremy Wheeler, Jr. of Edmond, OK, Logan Vernon of Piedmont, OK, and Greg Thompson of Broomfield, CO, her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Wheeler and Milo Wheeler, her Brother, Terry Haines and wife Zelma of OKC,OK, her nephews, David Haines of Vancouver, Canada, and Nathan Haines of Yorktown, VA, as well as many other relatives, and friends.

Penney was preceded in death by her parents, Keneth and Ermadell Haines.
