Paula (Bosquez) Yoder

Paula Bosquez Yoder was born May 17, 1970, in Albuquerque, NM, to Paul Felan and Catarina Benavidez Bosquez.  She passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021, in El Reno, OK at the age of 51.  Paula graduated from El Reno High School in 1988.  She married Tim Yoder on April 17, 1998, in Belin, NM.  She had a passion for law enforcement where she worked as a reserve police officer in El Reno Oklahoma.  A Correctional Officer at the Great Plains Correctional Facility in Hinton where she found the love of her life Tim.  Paula also worked as a Corrections Officer at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City a job she absolutely loved.  She had a exemplary work ethic.  Paula made many life long friends along the way.

Paula enjoyed old time classic photos and movies.  She was adventures and loved taking random road trips.  Her family was her life she loved having big Christmas parties decorating her tree and house.  She loved having family gatherings.  She was wonderful to be around if she wasn’t making you laugh, she would take the time to listen.  Paula was well know by her hometown, family, friends and fellow officers.  She was raised in Bible Baptist Church in El Reno Oklahoma with her siblings.  She was a wonderful loving wife and mother.  She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents Paul Bosquez and Catarina Benavidez, brother, Paul Bosquez Jr. and sister, Theresa Bosquez. 

Survivors include, husband, Tim Yoder, 3 children, Amber Baker and husband Jordan of Yukon, OK, Kyle Yoder and wife Kelly grandchildren Kylynn and Kade of Weatherford, OK, and Tyson Yoder and wife Andi and grandson Max of Yukon, OK, sister, Yvonne Bosquez White and husband Richard of El Reno, OK and her nieces and nephews, Corey, Mariah, Ciera, and Little Richard and her brothers niece and nephew, Jessica and Antonio.
