Otis Marshall Baker Obituary

Otis Marshall Baker was born on March 6, 1936, in Welty, Oklahoma, to Otis Calvin Baker and Lizziebell Simmons Baker. Marshall passed away on March 11, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 90. Marshall grew up splitting his time between California and Oklahoma. He married June Phillips on June 9, 1956, in Bluefield, Virginia. She preceded him in death on September 9, 1989. He later married Karen Eilerts on April 5, 1991, in El Reno, Oklahoma, and the two shared many happy years together. Marshall proudly served his country in the United States Army for nine years and was a paratrooper, completing 29 jumps during his service. For most of his life, he worked as an auto body painting expert and was well known for his skill in the trade. Marshall loved all animals, especially horses and dogs. He enjoyed riding horses with a group of friends whenever he had the opportunity. He and Karen cherished their time together, often going to breakfast and attending church side by side. Marshall was a faithful member of Victory Christian Fellowship in Yukon, Oklahoma. Above all else, Marshall loved his family. His children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the greatest joy of his life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
