Michael Scott Wills was born to Ardith Jane Wills and Armel Leon Wills on October 30, 1967 in Ponca City, Oklahoma and went to be with the Lord on January 20, 2025 at the age of 57 years and 3 months at the Watonga Mercy Hospital. He passed after a sudden illness. He attended schools in El Reno, Maple, and Greenfield. He graduated from Greenfield in 1986.
He went into farming and ranching with his Grandfather the day he graduated. He learned most of his Grandfather’s ways and practiced them until his death.
He married Lori Hood in 1990 and they lived on the home place and had two children Kelsi Cade Wills and Ethan Clay Wills. Several years later he married Shanda Burns and they resided on the farm and two boys, Cody Lane Wills and Brody Wayne Wills were born to their family.
Mike built fence around oil field locations for a few years and then went into hauling cattle and trucking. When his Grandfather passed away he became the Foreman of Circle M Ranch and was still running it with his mother, he referred to as Miss Barkley, and father until his death.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Merle and Ruth Ball and Armel and Mary Wills. His Uncle and Aunt Gary and Joy Wills.
Michael is survived by his parents Leon and Jane Wills of Edmond, OK and his brother and wife, Jeff and Tracey Wills of Edmond. His children, Kelsi and Brody Boyd of Vici, OK, Ethan and Sierra Wills of Geary, Cody Wills of Fairview and Brody Wills and fiancé Mackenzie Beach of Enid. Grandchildren. Lucy Boyd, Barrett Boyd and Grady Boyd of Vici. Everly and Hallie Wills of Geary, and Carter, Skylar, and Eli Wills of Fairview. Matthew Wills, nephew and wife Betina of Oklahoma City and Jessica, niece and Ryan Antle of Oklahoma City. Great nieces and nephew, Willow and Ella Wills and Wills Antle.
Several cousins and many friends. His special friend Loretta Bogges and son of Lawton, Ok.
Cousin and ranch hand David White of Geary. Buddy the yellow dog, Beth his new little heeler and his old aging saddle horse Hoss.
Mike will be remembered as a very polite, complimentary, and caring man. He loved his family, his friends, and mainly his ranch home. The brand was binding to Mike, Circle M was his love.
