Michael Allen Findley

Michael Allen Findley was born on September 24, 1957 in Reedley, CA to Lela Oletha Golden Findley and George Kenneth Findley. Mike passed away on September 24, 2023 at his home in Hinton, OK at the age of 66.

He graduated from high school in Fresno, CA in 1975 and worked for Fresno Irrigation Department. Mike married Grace Fontes and had two beautiful children, Christina and Michael. Mike attended Colorado Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO for two years. Mike moved to Oklahoma in 2011, later moving to Hinton and worked for LuGreg Trucking until he retired in 2020. Mike was a very giving person, if you needed anything, he would give it you if there was any way he could.

Mike is survived by his children, Michael Findley and wife Erin of CA, and Christina Scott and husband Jason of CA, his grandson, Kaine Scott of CA, his brothers, Ken Findley and wife Diane of Hinton, OK, Kevin Findley and wife Diane of Hinton, OK, sisters, Arthalena Thomas of Hinton, OK, and Kathleen Carson of SC, sister in law, Paula Findley, and brother in law, Forest Stanley, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Lela Oletha Derryberry and George Findley, his brothers, Bob Findley, Larry Findley, David Nichols, sister, Susie Stanley, and sister in law, Mary Findley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Turner Funeral Home towards his expenses.
