Melvin Bohn Obituary

Melvin Lee Bohn was born on September 17, 1937 in Geary, OK to Earl and Lydia (White) Bohn. He passed away on May 19, 2020 at the age of 82. Melvin attended Geary schools and served in the Oklahoma National Guard. He married Patricia Taylor on January 2, 1960. They lived in the El Reno area. He worked for Rockwell Aviation and later for Gulf Stream for many years. They enjoyed square dancing, blue grass music, and traveling.

 

Survivors Include: his wife, Patricia Bohn of Mustang, OK, his daughter, Sherry Huffer and husband Jim of Mustang, OK, his grandson, Ryan Huffer and wife Stephanie of Mustang, OK, and his great grandchildren, Isabella and Zackary Huffer.  

 

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Lydia Bohn, his son, Randy Bohn, his siblings, Kenneth Ray Bohn, and June Nix.

 

Due to Covid 19, the family asks that everyone would respect their privacy, health, and please observe social distancing. This will be a Quiet Music Only Burial.

Visitation will be held from 10 AM – 9 PM on Monday, May 25, 2020 at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home.
