Meghann Brooke Hadley Schimmel

Meghann Brooke Hadley Schimmel was born on August 11, 1983 in Oklahoma City, OK to Boyd and Patricia (King) Hadley. Meghann passed away on October 4, 2023 in Hinton, OK at the age of 40. She grew up in Oklahoma City most of her life but had lived in Virginia and Texas as well over the years. Meghan loved to fish, loved dogs (Especially Mr. Winky), she loved kids, loved to cook, and loved movies like Dirty Dancing and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and TV crime shows. Meghann was a very family-oriented person, she was a mama bear for her kids, a good mother, and loved her mother and all of her family. Meghann had a good, kind heart, was very funny, feisty, and loyal. Meghann and Jesse made their home together with their kids, Bailee and Eli, in Hinton and have had a wonderful seven years together. Meghann will be missed by all those who loved her so very much.

Meghann is survived by her husband, Jesse Schimmel of Hinton, OK, her children, Bailee and Eli Schimmel of Hinton, OK, her mother, Patricia Hadley of Hinton, OK, her siblings, Clint King and wife Christine of Tulsa, OK, Brandon Hadley of Del City, OK, Heidi Hadley of Hinton, OK, and Kelli Tooker of Del City, OK, her beloved dog, Mr. Winky, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Meghann was preceded in death by Her father, Boyd Hadley, her nana, Wanda Henslee and her grandpa, Eldon Henslee.
