Mary Annette Hill was born on December 7, 1937, in Binger, OK to John H. and Erma (Mize) Hill. Mary passed away on December 20, 2024, in Chickasha, OK at the age of 87. Mary was raised in humble beginnings on a country farm near Binger, Oklahoma. As a daughter of loving parents, she also aspired to love many things in life. Helping dad with the horses and farm chores. Mary earned money for clothes and shoes by picking cotton and chopping peanuts in the hot summer sun. Mary loved music and singing, gardening and oil painting. She served the communities where she lived, giving her time to others. She volunteered as a pink lady at the hospital in Anadarko where she made many friends while helping patients, Mary enjoyed singing and attending church as a devoted Christian while raising four children, she will always be remembered for her storytelling and her beautiful smile.

Survivors Include: her children, Chuck Gabehart of Hutchinson, KS, Darren Gabehart and wife Tracey of Anadarko, OK, Teresa Alexander of Chickasha, OK, and Kathy Schroeder and husband Tom of Overland Park, KS, her 18 grandchildren, her 21 great grandchildren, her brother, Phillip Hill and wife Ethel of Cyril, OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, John and Erma Hill, former husband, Charles Gabehart, and Jesse Brown, her siblings, Dale Hill, Marvin Hill, Carmen Sue Hill, and Roger Hill.

Burial:  Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, OK
