Lowell D. (Ju-Ju) Edmonds, JR. was born on January 13, 1953 in Lawton, OK to Lowell Dewayne (Wimpy) Edmond, Sr. and Genevieve Arnold Edmonds. Lowell passed away on January 4, 2024 in Lawton, OK at the age of 70. He graduated from Binger Schools then attended Haskell Indian Nations University for a couple of semesters. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Cameron University in Sociology and became a case worker for the DHS. He also worked for various tribes over the years as well. Lowell had a great sense of humor, was frequently called the instigator since he loved to joke and tease everyone. He loved to quote move lines, was a good softball and basketball player. He was a member of the Caddo Nation. He will be missed by all those who loved him.
Lowell is survived by his daughters, Tiffany Edmonds and Erica Edmonds, 1 granddaughter, Alexandra Annaleesa, Three great grandsons : Sonny Sky Jay Nesahkluah, Sky Blue Jay Nesahkluah and Sturrlynn Sky Jay Nesahkluah, his siblings, Lois Samaniego of Anadarko, Glenda Faye Edmonds of Pauls Valley, OK, and Steven Ray Edmonds of Binger, OK, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Lowell was preceded in death by his parents, Lowell (Wimpy) Edmonds, Sr., and Genevieve Edmonds, his sister, Carol Ann Smith.
