Lola Belle (Warden) Thompson

Lola Belle Thompson was born on February 26, 1937 to Brice S. and Jewell E. (DeSpain) Warden in Binger, OK. She passed away Monday, August 17, 2020 at her home in Calumet, OK at the age of 83. Lola graduated from Hinton High School. She married James Ben (J.B.) Thompson on July 26, 1955 in Clovis, NM. They lived in California for a short period of time before moving back to Oklahoma. She helped and loves raising her grandkids. Lola was a member of the Calumet Baptist Church.

Survivors Include: ; three children, Sherri Sexton of Calumet, OK,  Johnny Brice Thompson of Calumet, OK, Lori Spears and her husband Joe of Calumet, OK; seven- Grandchildren, Jimmy Eaton, Bobby Eaton, Julie Moore, Lana Thompson, Jeana Brown, Tamara Shore, and Rachael Hardin; 16-Great-Grandchildren; one great-great grandchild on the way; one brother, Michael Warden of Oklahoma City, and many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Brice and Jewell Warden, husband J.B. Thompson, four brothers, Roy Wesley, Kenneth, William, and Jim Warden; and two sisters, Alta Ferguson and Naomi Bowman

Graveside Services:  Niles Cemetery, Friday, 11:00 am, August 21, 2020, Hinton, OK
