Kyle Dean Coffey was born October 27, 1938, in Hinton OK, to Melvin G. and Juanita Fern (Weathers) Coffey.  He passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at his home in Hinton, OK at the age of 83.

Kyle graduated from Hinton High School and was competitive and active in all sports available. Together they operated a dairy farm while building a successful farming operation in support of his interest in the breeding and training of horses and raising cattle.

He became a decorated member of the American Quarter Horse Association for the exceptional quality of his horses which were sought after by ranch users, cutting horse show enthusiasts and in show horse ranch performance arenas as were his cattle in the sale ring.
