Kandy Karen Kliewer was born on December 15, 1960, in Clinton, OK to Wayne and Joyce (Brown) Miller. Kandy passed on January 14, 2025, in Yukon, OK at the age of 64. She grew up in Clinton with her parents, Norman and Joyce Stehr with her four siblings.  Kandy graduating from Clinton High School. Kandy married George Harrall in July of 1978, and they had three children together. She lived in Texas when her children were small before moving back to Weatherford. She ran a home daycare in Weatherford. Kandy worked in food service at SWOSU in Weatherford, retiring after 25 years. She married Larry Kliewer on December 31, 2005, who preceded her in death. Kandy was active in the Assembly of God Church and a leader of Missionettes. Kandy loved Mickey Mouse, collected angels, and was a Girl Scout Leader. Kandy loved her family and loved being with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Survivors Include: her children, Chanda Douglas and husband Kelvin of Yukon, OK, Norman Harrall and wife Courtney of Apache, OK, and Cecil Harrall and wife Tatum of Geary, OK, her grandchildren, Chaunte, Javin, Trusten Lee, Andrew, Elliott, Kyle, Hollis, Karver, JaCobie, and Destanie, her siblings, Katherine Lee and husband Dwight of Kingston, OK, Kimberly “Penny” Brewer and husband Benny of Clinton, OK, and Michael Miller and wife Norma Jean of Cordell, OK, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Kandy was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Joyce Stehr and Wayne Miller, her husband Larry Kliewer, her children’s father, George Harrall and one sister, Deana Ellis.
