Jimmy Lee Olen "Cledus" Snider was born on May 19, 1946 in Hinton, OK to Lee Olen and Violet Virginia (Farrow) Snider.  He passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at his home in Binger, OK at the age of 77. 

Jimmy spent most of his life in the Binger area.  He spent time working at the Peanut Shed, for many years at District #1 caring for local highways and the Binger community.  Jimmy even owned a lawn service for some time because he loved serving his home town.  Jimmy had the spirit of a kid, never quite growing out of pulling pranks and being ornery.  He loved old Chevy and Ford trucks, his weenie dog Rusty, trying to out-do his neighbors when decorating for Christmas and most of all, his family.  Jimmy was a member of the Binger Church of God.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Violet Rosemary (Fox) Snider of Binger, OK; daughters Melinda Riddle of Muskogee, OK, Candy & Daniel Anthony of Lookeba, OK and Bobbi Snider and Joe of Binger, OK; 13 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and brother, Cecil Snider of Binger, OK; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents Lee & Violet Snider; sister Carolyn Buchanan; two infant sons; adult son Franklin Nelson; and son-in-law, Alvin Riddle.
