Janie Louise (Noeldner) Poor was born on May 20, 1953 in Jeffersonville, IN to Harold and Rita (Brock) Noeldner. Janie passed away on December 30, 2023 at her home in Vian, OK at the age of 70. Janie grew up in Eakly, OK and attended Eakly schools. Janie was a police officer in Anadarko, OK for a few years and most of her life, she worked as a bank teller. She liked to garden, especially flowers, having a wide variety of them, she enjoyed cooking, fresh bread before church being a favorite. She also liked to collect rocks and driftwood from all the places she visited. Her late son, Zack Poor, built Janie a flowerbed with those rocks and that meant a lot to her. Janie never really cared for pets until her later years when she had her dog and cat that she absolutely loved. Janie has spent the last 30 years sharing her life with her husband, Donnie Capps. Janie was very loved and will be missed by all those who loved her.

 Janie is survived by her spouse, Donnie Capps of the home Vian, OK, her sisters, Joyce Morris of Vian, OK, and Jean Pearcy of Pocahontas, AR, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Janie was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Rita Noeldner, and her son, Zackur Charles Noeldner.
