Jane (Armstrong) Harvey

Jane Harvey was born on December 9, 1946 in El Reno, OK to Joseph Henry and Ava Mae (Grecian) Armstrong.  Jane passed away on March 14 2023 in Sickles, OK at the age of 76.  At an early age she lived in El Reno and then moved to Hinton.  She lived in Hinton and was united in marriage to Glen Harvey, on February 15, 1964, in Hinton OK.  They moved to Sickles, where she later graduated from Lookeba-Sickles High School in 1965, as Salutatorian.  The couple lived and farmed in the Sickles community for 59 years.  Jane was an active member of the Young Homemakers of Oklahoma (YHO).  She was the secretary for the Sickles Cemetery.  Jane was a longtime active member of the Sickles Community Church.  She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.

Survivors Include:  her husband, Glen Harvey of the home Sickles, OK, her daughter, Jill Soto and husband Jairo of Blanchard OK, her grandchildren, Jordan Soto-Arterbery and husband Andy of OKC, OK, Lauren Soto of OKC, OK, and Hunter Soto of OKC, OK, her sister Jerry Jo Burke of Yukon, OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ava Armstrong, her daughters, Cindi and Jan Harvey.

Services:  Sickles Community Church, Saturday 10:00 AM, March 18, 2023, Lookeba, OK

Burial: Sickles Cemetery, Lookeba, OK
