Frank Lowman Obituary

Frank Carlton Lowman was born in Geary, OK to Wiley Thomas and Oda Iydell (Waller) Lowman. He passed away on May 23, 2019 in Jones, OK at the age of 87. He married Betty Noble on November 8, 1952 in Kansas City, KS.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wiley and Iydell Lowman, his wife Betty Lowman, his siblings, Wesley Lowman, Gale Lowman, Jim Lowman, Helen Powell, Betty Compton, and Alma Chadrick and his son, Michael Lowman.

Survivors Include: his children, Andrew Lowman and wife Irina of Kingfisher, OK, David Lowman and wife Cindy of McCloud, OK, Kathleen Lowman of Jones, OK, his grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.
