Edwin graduated from Hinton High School. He has lived in the Hinton area his whole life where he has farmed and ranched. He and Carolyn Sue Graham were united in marriage and were confirmed at the Saint John Lutheran Church in Hinton. Edwin enjoyed farming and raising cattle. He also enjoyed raising bison and water buffalo, working, taking family and friends mushroom hunting, and most of all he enjoyed his grandkids. He was always the teacher.
