Diane Lynn Findley Clark Obituary

Diane Lynn Findley Clark, of Jackson, FL, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020, at the age of 60. Diane was born to parents C. Roy Findley and Tommie Ann Findley on December 15, 1959, in El Reno, OK, but Hinton was always home to her.

 

Diane was the mother of two sons, Joshua and Ryan, who were her pride and joy; she wanted nothing but the best for them and was always there for them with all of her support. She also had many friends over the years, who she enjoyed spending time with. She enjoyed movies and books/ the scarier the better with Stephen King and the Saw Series among her favorites. Diane also loved to write poetry. She wrote what she was feeling, and you could always tell what mood she was in when she was writing on e of her pieces. One of her favorite songs was Dreamboat Annie, by the band Heart. While her name was “Diane,” to most everyone she was “Annie.”

 

Diane is survived by her sons, Joshua Allen Schmidt and Ryan Michael Clark; her grandchildren; Jacob and Joshua Schmidt; her mother, Tommie Ann Lease; her sisters and brothers, Kelli Reynolds, Robert Lease III, Roy Findley Jr., Janet Davidson, and Stephanie Funck; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, to numerous to name.  

 

She was proceeded in death by her father, Roy Findley and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

 

A gravesite gathering will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 1:30 pm at Hinton Cemetery in Hinton, OK.
