Desiree Dawn Arnett was born on March 1, 1989, in Weatherford, Oklahoma, to Michael and Kelly Cleola (Warren) Arnett. She passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025, at the Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 36.

Desiree grew up in the Hydro and Weatherford area, where she lived her entire life. She graduated from Hydro High School, where she was honored by her classmates as "Most Likely to Be in Vogue" her senior year. She later attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford.

Creative and kind-hearted, Desiree had a love for all things crafty—especially beadwork—and cherished time spent with her nieces and nephews. She was active in her faith and participated in various churches throughout her life, including the youth group at The Rock of Restoration Church.

She is survived by her father, Michael Arnett of Amarillo, Texas; her brother, Toby Arnett and wife Tiffany of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; and her sister-in-law, Denise Arnett of Texas. She was a beloved aunt to Makayla, Lola, Landen, Cullen, and Dallas. Desiree is also survived by her cousin Amelia McPherson and her children, as well as her aunts and uncles: Diane Fulps and husband Ray of Canton, Texas; Susan Bonner and husband Tom of Grapeland, Texas; Henry Warren and wife Amy of Hinton, Oklahoma; Sandy Keeton and husband Bob of Hydro, Oklahoma; and Lisa Phillippi and husband Todd of San Antonio, Texas.

Desiree was preceded in death by her mother, Kelly Arnett; her brother, Derick Arnett; her cousin, Paul Schwab; and her aunt, Debbie.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home Chapel in Hinton, Oklahoma, with Pastor Tommy Bryant and Pastor Greg Zoschak officiating. She will be laid to rest at Hydro Masonic Cemetery in Hydro, Oklahoma.
