De Lois "Dee" (Martin) Firanski

De Lois Firanski was born on January 20, 1943, in Lawton, OK to Robert Lee (R.L.) and Thelma (Reeder) Martin. Dee passed away on October 28, 2023, in Hydro, OK at the age of 80. Dee attended Comanche Schools. She married Anthony Firanski on July 9, 1966. They lived in Lawton, OK until Tony was discharged from the US Army and then moved to Pennsylvania, where they lived until 1985. The family then moved to Hinton and Dee worked as a waitress at Biscuit Hill for many years. Dee enjoyed cooking, sewing, crafts, reading over Dear Abby, knick-knacks, her kids and grandkids, and family gatherings.

Dee is survived by her husband, Anthony Firanski of Hinton, OK, her children, Eddie Firanski and wife Cinnamon of Jefferson Hills, PA, Rodney Firanski of Pittsburg, PA, Trevor Firanski of Hinton, OK, Todd Firanski of Mount Lebanon, PA, Jeff Firanski and wife Shawna of Yukon, OK, Tim Firanski of OKC,OK, and Nikki Dougherty and husband John of Owasso, OK, her grandchildren, Jason Firanski, Gentry Firanski, and David Firanski, Stepanie Firanski and Rachel Firanski, Keighdy Firanski, Addison Firanski, Zachary Firanski, Tatum Firanski, Hannah McSperitt, and Danner McSperitt, 3 great grandchildren, Bryer, Liam, and William, her sister, Susan Ulrich and husband Reford of Cache, OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Dee was preceded in death by her parents, R.L. and Thelma Martin, her siblings, Sam (Babe), J.C. (Duck), Roland (Ray) Martin, and Arywanda (Sis) McLain.

Burial: Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Wednesday, 1:00 PM, November 1, 2023, Elgin, OK
