Danny Lee Cooley, II

Danny Lee Cooley II was born on January 21, 1999, in Hobart, OK to Danny Lee and Melissa Ruth Ann (Hughes) Cooley. Danny passed away on September 5, 2023, in Tuttle, OK at the age of 24 years. Danny grew up attending Mustang and Edmond Schools and helping with his family business, A&D Floors and More. He could play all kinds of musical instruments and had played in multiple bands (Plutoh, TeneVeruM). Danny enjoyed skateboarding, was a member of a drum club, and always looking for someone to help.

Danny loved all animals and people and especially his nieces, nephews and his dog Cheeba.

Survivors Include; his parents, Danny and Melissa Cooley of Altus, OK, siblings, Kendra Stephens and Robert of Colorado Springs, CO, Stormy McCarn and partner Jarod Marshall of Oklahoma City, OK, Trisha Hughes of Oklahoma City, OK, Christopher Don Boren of Pampa, TX, Shelby Jenkins, Danielle Cooley and fiance’ Cole Hopper of Oklahoma City, OK, and cousins, Teara Amos of Oklahoma City, OK, and Krista Peters of Yukon, OK.

Aunts and Uncles: Jeff Simmons of Altus, OK, Kenny and Milly Hughes of Altus, OK, Lilly Amos of Yukon, OK, James and Ruby Groseclose and cousins, Summer Langford, James Lonewolf, Don Nita Langford all of Hobart, OK, Chelsea and Lucas Jackson and Lindsey Hughes of Altus, OK. 

His nieces and nephews; Malia, Marshall and Gabriel, Tyrese Cooley, Robert Stephens, Jr., Jada Stephens, Davion Stephens, Brooklyn Hughes, Heaven Hughes, Bentley Hopper, and his grandmother Audrey Cook of Oklahoma City, OK.

Danny was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Jimmy and Sharon Hughes and his sister, Marissa Lee Cooley.
