Daniel Lee Manning was born on May 23, 1951 in Oklahoma City, OK to Dorrance M. and Evelyn I. (Lemmon) Manning. Dan passed away on June 4, 2024 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 73. He graduated from Carmen High School then attended Southwestern Bible College. Dan married Paula Sue Rork on July 2, 1971. He and Paula pastored Pratt, KS, Pryor, OK, Larned, KS, Washington, OK, and Hinton, OK, retiring in 2020. He worked as a carpenter for many years and took many mission trips. He loved playing and writing songs, fishing, reading, watching westerns, and gardening. He was attending Crossroads Connection Church in Harrah, OK.

Survivors Include: his children, Nesta Trevino and husband Adrian of Houston, TX, Nathan Manning of Del City, OK, Carrie Harris and husband Guy of Deer Creek, OK, and Tommy Manning of Jones, OK,  his grandchildren, Skyler Harris, Taylor Trevino, Tristan Trevino, Madison Manning, Tevin Trevino, Ben Harris, Amelia Manning, Isabella Trevino, Carter Manning, his great grandchild, Harper Manning, his siblings, Darryl Manning and wife Regenia of OKC,OK, Dona Mason of Tarpon Springs, FL, and Dana Manning of Jones, OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Dorrance and Evelyn Manning, and his wife, Paula Manning

Officiating: Rev. Louis Bennett, Rev. Stuart Sherrill, and Rev. Joe Scott

Burial:  Hinton Cemetery, Hinton, OK
