Craig Stevens Wright passed away November 21, 2025, surrounded by family. Craig was born January 4th, 1960, to George and Patsy Wright in Okarche, Oklahoma. Craig and Lorinda Alger were married April 29th, 1989, at New Life Assembly of God in Geary, Oklahoma. Craig graduated from Geary High School in 1978. Craig ran the Watonga Muffler Shop with his father G.L and worked for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for many years while spending most of his life working in the oilfield. Craig retired and continued his cattle operation in Geary, Oklahoma. Craig enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved teaching his grandsons’ numerous lifelong skills. When he was not napping in his recliner you could find him scrolling on Facebook, hunting, fishing, gardening, spending time at the lake with family and friends, sharing bananas with his dog Little Bear, and watching the OU softball and football games. Some of his favorite hobbies included antiquing with his wife, taking road trips with the family, and tinkering in his shop on vehicles. With his all-time favorite hobby being snuggling and spoiling the grandchildren. He accepted Christ and was baptized at the New Life Assembly of God Church. Craig would always lend a helping hand and has impacted many lives leaving a huge mark on this earth.

Craig Stevens Wright was preceded in death by his parents George and Patsy Wright of Geary, Oklahoma, grandparents Clarence and Lillian Wright of Geary, Oklahoma, grandparents Ray and Joy Stevens of Geary, Oklahoma, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years Lorinda Wright of Geary, Oklahoma, his daughters Korie and husband Elijah Johnson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Meghan and husband David Robertson of Watonga, Oklahoma, Melany Wright and fiancé Zachary Garcia of Springtown, Texas, Melinda Wright of Watonga, Oklahoma, grandsons Kaden Wright, Mason Dixon, Trevor Dixon, Sullivan Johnson, and granddaughters Cecelia Johnson, Everly Robertson, and numerous family members.
