Cleada Aloyce (Gabehart) Sullaway

Cleada Aloyce Sullaway was born on October 4, 1928 to James C. “Crit” and Gertrude J. (Landers) Gabehart. She passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 91. Cleada grew up at Sickles on the family farm and graduated from Sickles High School. She was a second grade school teacher at Hinton Elementary School. She enjoyed playing Rook and Bump, loved playing Bingo at the Senior Citizens Center, and enjoyed needlepoint and embroidery. She was a member of Red Hatter, Willing Workers Club, Bunco Club, Matron’s Club, American Legion Auxiliary, Ladies Movie Night Club in Weatherford, and First Christian Church in Hinton, OK.

Survivors Include: her children, Sheila Klein and husband Allen of Hinton, OK, and Linda Cardwell and husband Jason of San Marcos, TX; her grandchildren, Zach Sullaway of OKC,OK, Sarah Harp and Josh of Hinton, OK, Stephen Klein and Lyndsey of Yukon, OK, Julie Homier and husband Brad of Hinton, OK, Miranda Fischer and Bret of Austin, TX, Jessica Summers of San Antonio, TX, Jennifer Kuntz of Memphis, TN, and Emily Cardwell of Yukon, OK; her great grandchildren, Lela, London, and Levi Harp, Kate Klein, Brayden and Braxton Homier, Evan and Aurora Cardwell, Apple Cardwell, and Phoenix Cardwell, and Madison Fischer, her sister, Jamelia Gray and husband Ron of OKC,OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.C. and Gertrude Gabehart, her husband, Kenneth Sullaway, her son and daughter in law, Mike and Rhonda Sullaway, her grandsons, Justin and Ryan Cardwell, and her brother, Jimmy Gabehart.
