Cecilia Renae Hobson was born August 7, 1961, in El Reno, Oklahoma, to Charles Lloyd Holbrook, Sr., and Ruby Jo (Jones) Holbrook. She passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026, at her home in El Reno, Oklahoma, at the age of 64. 

Cecilia graduated from El Reno High School and spent most of her life in the El Reno area. She lived for a short time in the Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and Kellyville areas. While living in Kellyville, she worked for Washko Parks Distribution. In Tulsa, Cecilia worked at St. Moritz Machine Shop, and most recently, she had been working as a home health aide caring for Jerry and Kay Estes.  Cecilia enjoyed quilting and spending time with her family. She attended the Church of Christ at London in Macomb. She was united in marriage to Timothy Hobson in December of 2010 in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Survivors include her husband, Tim Hobson of El Reno; two children, Kristi Case and husband Ryan of Kingfisher and Talen Hobson and wife Ashley of Yukon; grandchildren, Maxton Case of Kingfisher, Carter and Parker Hobson of Yukon, and Natalie and Zappa Ellis both of Kingfisher; siblings, Sandra Cox of Spring, Texas, Doyleta Horton and husband Larry of Dallas, Texas, Jolene Taylor and husband Marland of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Charles Holbrook Jr. and wife Kay of Yukon, and Cheryl Jones and husband Steve of Twin Bridges, Montana; sister-in-law, Tammi Holbrook of El Reno; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ruby Holbrook; one brother, David Holbrook; and one sister, Donna Pesek.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Church of Christ at London in Macomb with burial to follow in the El Reno Cemetery in El Reno, Oklahoma.
