Cathryn Sue Ellis was born on July 18, 1954 in Lajunta, CO to Chester James and Opal Maxine (Hice) Gravett. Cathryn passed away on October 23, 2023 in Hinton, OK at the age of 69. Cathryn made her home in Hinton, OK. She married Charles Allen Ellis on July 10, 2009, in Anadarko, OK. Cathryn enjoyed gardening, loved her dogs and cats, and enjoyed shooting.


Survivors Include: her grandchildren, Lindsey Renee Staggs and Kalae Marie Driskell, her siblings, Kay Driskell and Michael Gravett, as well as many other relatives and friends.


Cathryn was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Maxine Gravett, her husband, Charles Ellis, and her son, Christopher Staggs.
