Brandi Dawn Harris

Brandi Dawn Harris was born on September 12, 1995 in Temple, TX to Lila Geraldine Harris. Brandi Passed away on October 5, 2023 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 28. Brandi had cerebral palsy, was mostly non-verbal, but her pet phrase for everything was “There”. Diane Goodwin Christensen was Brandi’s teacher and Brandi did learn to say Miss Goodwin since she really liked her. Brandi always had a wonderful smile even in the midst of all her pain. She was stubborn, strong willed, a lot mischievous, and loved to sneak her favorite things out of the fridge. Brandi loved her family and was deeply loved by her family. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include: her mother, Geraldine Harris of Geary, OK, her brother, D.J. Harris and wife Jordan of Colorado Springs, CO, her aunts, Anita Carter of Geary, OK and Patsy Leck and husband Carl of Okarche, OK, as well as many cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Brandi was preceded in death by her twin sister, Amanda Dawn Harris, her grandparents, Gerald and Joann Hiler, and her great grandparents, Victor and Sarah Hall, and Harry and Beatrice Hiler.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Turner Funeral Home to help with Brandi’s expenses.
