Arthur Arnold Condulle was born on January 4, 1969 in Dallas, Texas to Claude and Fern Maxine (Redbuffalo) Condulle. Arthur went home to his lord and savior on February 16, 2024 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 55. Arthur attended Oklahoma State University, earning an AAS Degree in Enterprise Development and continuing studies at the University of Oklahoma and Langston University, earning his BS Degree in Organizational Leadership. He worked for Marquee Labs as a Health Information Coder and the Cheyenne Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma as a Mental Health Specialist and the Dept. Of Human Services. Arthur was also a Certified Welder for 27 years before gaining his degrees when he made it his passion to help others in social services and other areas. Arthur was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to all his loved ones. Family meant the world to him, and he was always loving, thoughtful, and compassionate to everyone he met, willing to bend over backwards for those he loved. He was always there for his children and grandchildren, his brothers and sisters, parents and anyone he met. Everyone’s first impression of Arthur was always, “He’s an awesome guy!” Arthur had the best sense of humor and enjoyed joking with everyone he met, making them feel comfortable in his presence with laughter. He enjoyed watching movies, going to concerts of all kinds of music and loved to karaoke to George Strait, Mark Chestnut and Brooks and Dunn. He loved going to the casino and was a big Dallas Cowboys and OU football fan. He enjoyed wheeling and dealing at estate and garage sales with his family. Arthur was also a sharp dressed, great smelling man who took pride in his appearance. Arthur was a member of the Cheyenne Arapaho Tribe of Oklahoma, and was a descendent of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma which he took great pride in. He was also a member of Glorietta Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. It was very important to Arthur to convey his love for the Lord to those around him and always prayed with his loved ones to encourage and uplift them.
