Ricky Winegeart Obituary

Ricky Dale Winegeart was born on August 30, 1960 in Pampa, TX to Doyle Winegeart and Quinda Jean (Patterson) Miller. He passed away on November 26, 2019 in Marshall, OK at the age of 59. Ricky graduated from Geary High School in 1979, where he was very active in and excelled at football, baseball, track and wrestling. He attended college in Tonkawa, OK on a wrestling scholarship. He was a member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in Stillwater, OK. He worked as a Driller & Blowout Specialist in the Oil & Gas industry for many years. Ricky enjoyed gardening, was crafty with his hands, and loved his family.

 

 

Survivors include: long-time partner, Jackie Williams of West Covina, CA, his children, Erik Winegeart and wife Jessica of Calumet, OK, and Tyler Winegeart and wife Gabby of Okarche, OK, 4 grandchildren, Lila, Emma, Asa, Alex, his father, Doyle Winegeart and wife Judy of Kingston, OK, his siblings, Mary Rodriguez and husband Rick of Glen Rose, TX, Terry Winegeart and wife Dova of Fairview, OK, Sherry Buford and husband Robert of Ames, OK, and Debra Button and husband Lance of Fairview, OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.

 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Quinda Miller, and a special niece, Ericka Mooney.

 

Memorial Services: First Christian Church, Saturday, 2:00 PM, January 4, 2020, Geary, OK
