Richard Wayne Douglass was born on October 6, 1946 in Longbeach, CA to Richard Wayne Douglass and Lois Faye Wilson. He passed away on March 6, 2019 in Yukon, OK at the age of 72. Richard moved to Temple, OK when he was around 4 or 5 years old, and he graduated from Temple High School. He married Glenda Alexander on January 1, 1972 in OKC,OK. He was a carpenter by trade and built homes. Richard had a great sense of humor; always had a joke ready for you. He loved comedies, "Blazing Saddles" being one of his all time favorites. He loved his family and will be missed by all those who loved him. Richard was the best father a son could ask for. Was always there when he was needed and was great role model.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Lois Douglass, and his wife, Glenda Douglass.
Survivors Include: his son, Neil Douglas and wife Denise of Mustang, OK, his step daughter, Lori Alexander, his grandchildren, Alexi Davis of Mustang, OK, Neil Douglass, Jr. of Mustang, OK, and Zane Douglass of Mustang, OK, his brother, Larry Douglass of Oklahoma, and his sister, Sharon Knudslien of OKC,OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.
