Kenneth L. Meade

Kenneth L Meade was born September 9, 1938 in Okarche, OK to Jesse Thomas and Emma Louise (Reimers) Meade. He passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at his home in Calumet, OK at the age of 80. Kenneth graduated from Calumet High School. He lived in Calumet all his life and owned and operated Kenneth Meade Dozer Service for 45 years. He loved going to tractor shows, parades and tractor pulls, tinkering with his tractors and working in his shop. He was a member of the Canadian Rivers Old Iron Club in Norman, OK, Outlaw Tractor Pull Club of El Reno, OK and raised as a member of Olivet Nazarene Church.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Emma Meade, brothers: Bill, Ray and Arthur Meade and twin sister Delores Bomhoff.

Survivors include his spouse Kathy Meade of Calumet, OK, five children: Billy and wife Lora Meade of Piedmont, OK, J.J. and wife Keania Meade of Calumet, OK, Terry Meade of Moore, OK, Brad Meade of Moore, OK,  and Debi Meade of Eufaula, OK, six Grand Children: Kierra and Karysa Meade of Calumet, OK, Garrett and Gracie Meade of Piedmont, OK, Leann and Tommy Meade of Moore, OK, and one Great-Grandchild, Brynlee Parker of Calumet, OK.

Services:  Graveside Memorial, Canadian Valley Cemetery, 2:00 P.M., Monday, May 6, 2019, Calumet, OK.
