Cynthia Ann (Candyfire) Sealy

Cynthia Ann Sealy was born on January 7, 1934 in Geary, OK to John and Cecilia (Yellowmen) Candyfire. She passed away on February 5, 2019 in Geary, OK at the age of 85. Cynthia attended Geary Schools. She liked to bowl and was a member of the Oklahoma City Indian Bowling League. She enjoyed bingo, playing board games, playing cards, and going to the casino. She was very devoted to raising her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She said that raising them kept her young. She worked at Geary Public Schools tutoring students, and at the Geary Nursing Home as a nurse's aide. She was a member of Chief Cornerstone Church in Geary, OK.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Cecilia Candyfire, her husband, Clifford Sealy, Sr., her daughter, Iris Rose Sealy, her grandsons, Clifton Laiwa and Zachery Lorentz,  her step son, James Sealy, 5 sisters, and 2 brothers.

Survivors Include: her children, Tina Sealy of Geary, OK, Annabel Lorentz of Geary, OK, Jerry Fire of Geary, OK, Keith Sealy of El Reno, OK, Alexander Trey Karty-Sealy of Geary, OK, Alana Karty-Sealy of OKC,OK, Alexis Sealy of Geary, OK, Annabel Castleberry of Geary, OK, Patricia King of Ada, OK, Barbara Toney, and Clifford Sealy, Jr., her grandchildren, Melanie Laiwa, Arthur Lorentz III, Clifford Littleraven, great grandchildren, Christian Littleraven, Jace Littleraven, Jaylee Littleraven, Zander Karty-Sealy, Ryker Karty-Sealy, Logan, Zachery, Raymond, and Lane Castleberry, Landon, Corbin, and Aalyah Rowlodge, Adrian Caxaj, Cynthia Fire, Jory Fire, Justin Fire, Jason Fire, Shaunte Fire, Desiree Fire, and Alicia Fire, numerous great grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Services: First Baptist Church, Saturday, 1:00 PM, February 9, 2019, Geary, OK

Officiating: Rev. Emmitt McKenzie, Rev. Waylon Upchego, and Rev. George Akeene

Burial:  Geary Cemetery, Geary, OK

Dinner will be held at the Geary Community Hall after the services, all are welcome to attend.
