Carl H. Dahl

Carl H. Dahl was born June 22, 1932 in Watonga, Oklahoma to Charley H. and Alta (Blankenship) Dahl. He died Friday, December 27, 2019, at the Clinton Veteran’s Center in Clinton, Oklahoma, at the age of 87. Carl attended school in Lookeba, Oklahoma where he graduated from high school. Carl married Lillian Wood on July 29, 1953 in Lookeba, OK. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict with the 25th Division from 1953-1955. In 1970, he and his wife provided a permanent home for two girls that they raised as their own. Carl attended church at Lookeba Methodist Church.

Survivors Include: two daughters, Yvette Yoder of Weatherford, Oklahoma and Yvonne Bare and husband Clifford of Lookeba, Oklahoma, Grandchildren: Kyle Yoder and wife Kelley, Tyson Yoder and wife Andi, Ryan Wells and wife Erin, Cory Bare, Cody Bare and Anna Marie Bare, Great Grandchildren, Kylynne Yoder, Kade Yoder,  Maximus Yoder, Carson Wells, Kensington Wells, Lincoln Wells, Deegan Bare, and Jaxon Wells, 2 sisters, Jean Stuart of Anadarko, OK, and Delores (Teedum) Vincent of Blanchard, OK, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charley and Alta Dahl, his wife, Lillian Dahl, and his sister, June Chronister.
